Responsibilities

• Plan and develop video concepts in collaboration with the creative team.
• Operate video cameras and related equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Direct subjects and scenes to capture the desired emotions and narrative.
• Ensure all video projects meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Edit raw video footage into polished and engaging final products.
• Coordinate shoots, including site surveys, production logistics, and schedules.
• Manage lighting and sound equipment to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with editors and other team members during the post-production phase.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in videography.
• Maintain and organize video files for easy retrieval and future use.
• Experiment with new video techniques to continually improve content aesthetic.
• Assist in developing strategies for growing and engaging our video audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling principles.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively direct subjects and team members.
• Knowledge of video production equipment and best practices.
