Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative team to conceptualize video content ideas and themes.
• Capture high-quality video footage with a focus on storytelling and brand alignment.
• Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches the director’s vision.
• Operate and maintain a variety of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
• Ensure all video content aligns with branding and marketing specifications.
• Manage and organize video files and ensure proper storage for future reference.
• Direct actors and other talent to get the desired performance on camera.
• Collaborate with audio and visual teams to enhance overall video production quality.
• Stay updated on latest trends and techniques in videography and post-production.
• Coordinate logistics for shoots, including scouting locations and obtaining relevant permits.
• Provide post-production support including motion graphics and visual effects as needed.
• Work within budgets and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Videography, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in videography or film production.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation and video production equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
• Proven ability to plan and execute both small and large-scale video projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
