As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that meets the creative specifications provided by clients or internal teams. You should have a keen eye for detail and be proficient in both filming and editing processes. Your work will involve collaborating with other creative professionals such as sound engineers, directors, and editors to produce compelling narratives and visual stories. Flexibility in working hours and locations is often required, as shoots may take place in various settings and times. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film, and edit video content for various platforms and purposes.
• Coordinate with clients and creative teams to understand project goals.
• Set up and operate video cameras, lighting, and audio recording equipment.
• Collaborate with directors and other team members to ensure content alignment.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of video outputs match brand standards.
• Edit raw footage to improve video quality and storytelling effectiveness.
• Integrate graphics, animations, and special effects into video content.
• Manage video storage, logging, and archiving systems efficiently and accurately.
• Stay updated with the latest in video technology and editing software.
• Provide creative input and innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all project deadlines are met, delivering high-quality video content.
• Assist in scripting and storyboarding to plan and visualise video projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera operation techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel and work in different environments as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field is preferred.
