Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content for various platforms.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative video concepts and themes.
• Ensure videos are edited and filled with creativity to improve viewership.
• Utilize video editing software to enhance footage and resolve technical issues.
• Add music, dialogue, graphics, and sound effects to enhance video production.
• Work closely with the content strategy team to ensure brand consistency.
• Organize and manage video assets and archival footage for future use.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in video editing trends and technologies.
• Assist in camera operation and setup when necessary for video shoots.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate processes and seek improvements for more effective workflow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, demonstrating a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.
• Excellent sense of timing, pacing, and continuity for smooth storytelling.
• Ability to perform tasks independently while also being a team player.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, or related field is preferred.
