Responsibilities

• Review shooting script, raw material, shot list to create professional outcomes.
• Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of film as envisioned.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the video output.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions for coherent storytelling.
• Regularly consult with stakeholders to better understand visual content needs.
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices.
• Work with sound editors to improve video for quality audio and visuals.
• Create rough and final cuts and review them in line with feedback received.
• Maintain organized archives and keep up to date with the latest editing software.
• Assess the final versions against client requirements for quality assurance.

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
