As a Video Editor, you will be a part of our creative team responsible for creating and editing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. You will need to be highly skilled in video editing software, possess a solid understanding of storytelling techniques, and have an eye for detail to ensure each project meets our standards and deadlines. As a Video Editor, your primary goal will be to transform raw footage into compelling and impactful video content that engages and resonates with our audience. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Responsibilities

• Review raw footage and select appropriate segments for video editing.
• Organize and manage video data for easy accessibility and reference.
• Edit video content using advanced editing software to achieve desired results.
• Enhance video sound quality and add appropriate music or sound effects.
• Collaborate with directors and other team members on project specifications.
• Create graphics, animations, and special effects to enhance visual appeal.
• Ensure final video meets brand guidelines and quality benchmarks.
• Perform color correction and grading to enhance video aesthetics.
• Manage post-production tasks including final cuts and exports.
• Work within time constraints to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new editing technologies.
• Receive feedback and make necessary adjustments to video edits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro.
• Solid understanding of post-production processes and video formats.
• Excellent creativity with an eye for detail and storytelling techniques.
• Strong organizational skills for file management and time scheduling.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
