Business & Stakeholder Partnership Act as a senior partner to IBG, CIBG, RBG, Technology, Compliance, and Product leadership to shape solutions that materially improve customer experience, control, and operational efficiency. 4. Operational Excellence & Scale Drive standardization, STP optimization, and process simplification across Payments Operations to enable scalable growth, resilience, and cost efficiency across regions. 5. Change & Adoption Leadership Lead enterprise change management for automation initiatives, ensuring adoption, capability uplift, and cultural alignment across Operations and partner functions. 6. Financial & Benefit Accountability Own transformation budgets and capital investments, with full accountability for delivery against approved financial, efficiency, and risk-reduction outcomes.
