Vice President Real Estate Development

Our client is a well-capitalised real estate developer with a growing portfolio of mixed-use and commercial assets across the UAE. The organisation is expanding its development pipeline and investment activity.

The Role

The Vice President will lead real estate development projects from concept through delivery. This role will oversee feasibility studies, financial modelling, design coordination, and execution planning. A key focus will be ensuring projects meet commercial return targets and quality benchmarks. The VP will manage consultants, contractors, and internal development teams. This role will also support land acquisition and investment evaluation. Strong coordination with finance, asset management, and government stakeholders will be required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior development experience within real estate or mixed-use projects. Strong exposure to feasibility analysis and development execution is essential. Experience in the UAE development market is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate commercial judgment, technical understanding, and leadership capability. Experience dealing with regulators and public entities is a strong advantage.
