Job Description

What Youll Be Doing:

Support the development and execution of Rakbanks enterprise strategy and transformation agenda.
Partner with business and support functions to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Evaluate mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, investments, and other corporate development opportunities.
Build financial models, valuation analyses, business cases, and investment recommendations.
Coordinate due diligence and cross-functional workstreams across business, finance, risk, legal, compliance, and technology teams.
Prepare Board, Executive Committee, and senior leadership presentations and strategy papers.
Monitor strategic initiatives, track progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations for successful execution.

What Were Looking For:

7-12 years of experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Private Equity, or a related field.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to solve complex business challenges.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Proven ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
MBA, CFA, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.

Strategic planning and business performance analysis.
Corporate development, M&A, partnerships, and investment evaluation.
Financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and business case development.
Market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessment.
Executive-level presentation development and strategic storytelling.
Transformation governance, KPI tracking, and benefits realization.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical thinking with a structured, data-driven approach.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead cross-functional initiatives.
