Our training offering is comprehensive and spans the full employee lifecycle. New recruits undertake an intensive eight-week ab initio programme covering core areas such as safety, medical, security, and hospitality. About The Role

As the Vice President Cabin Crew Training, you will be accountable for translating the approved strategic direction into high-impact, scalable training delivery for Cabin Crew and designated external service and hospitality partners. This role shapes the end-to-end operational execution of service, hospitality, safety, and operational training, ensuring that all programs meet Emirates Group brand standards, support workforce capability development, and drive consistent service excellence.

Working closely with senior leadership, training teams, HR, and key business stakeholders, the VP ensures that all training interventions are future-ready, operationally aligned, and embedded in approved in innovation and transformation roadmaps.

In This Role You Will

• Translate and execute the approved Cabin Crew Training strategy for Service & Hospitality set by the DVP, converting strategic priorities into scalable, high-impact training programs for Cabin Crew and designated hospitality partners, while ensuring full alignment with Emirates' brand expectations, service philosophy, operational requirements, and long-term capability development.
• Oversee continuous training needs analysis to maintain agile alignment to business priorities, industry trends, and emerging requirements. Design and implement tailored, future ready training programs that elevate service, hospitality, safety, and operational performance within approved frameworks.
• Embed advanced training technologies, blended learning models, and modern learning methodologies, partnering closely with the digital learning teams to ensure consistent learner experience standards, strengthen digital capability development, and support the Group's innovation and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of training professionals and leaders, cultivating a high performance culture built on accountability, subject matter expertise, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Measure and assess the effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback, enhancing learning solutions as required. Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings, observations, and feedback. Apply data, audit insights, and learner feedback to strengthen learning solutions and support informed decision-making.
• Ensure robust governance, quality assurance, and compliance across all service and hospitality training delivery. Lead operational governance within frameworks set by the DVP and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including active participation in the Emirates Group Strategic Learning Council, and external partners to ensure scalability, consistency, and alignment with business and brand requirements.
  
  

Qualification

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements :

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent),
• Have 12+ years of experience in In-Flight Service/ In-flight Administration,
• Possess experience in the service industry, preferably in a global leading airline,
• Demonstrated leadership and experience in managing a team
• Have prior experience in learning and development and leading change and transformation.
