Job Description

    • Manage van sales operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IR market customers (groceries, cafeterias, small retailers, etc.)
    • Execute route planning and ensure timely product delivery across assigned UAE territories
    • Promote company products, introduce new items, and ensure proper merchandising at customer outlets
    • Collect payments, manage invoices, and ensure accurate cash and credit handling
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
    • Ensure stock availability, minimize returns, and control product expiry
    • Maintain van cleanliness, safety standards, and comply with UAE traffic laws
    • Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the sales supervisor/management
    • Represent the company professionally and build long-term customer loyalty
