A Van Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients and delivering products directly to their doorstep. A Van Sales Executive should be able to work independently, manage their time efficiently, and be adaptable to varying market conditions. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals consistently.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Drive the sales van to customer locations, ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Manage and organize van inventory to minimize product loss and discrepancies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide impeccable service standards.
  • Gather and report market insights to the sales team for strategic planning.
  • Maintain accurate sales, delivery, and inventory records for auditing purposes.
  • Participate in regular sales and product training sessions for skill enhancement.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient product replenishment.
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on sales activities and outcomes.
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities within assigned territories or routes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education is mandatory for this role.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a similar van sales executive role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for all applicants.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy products as needed for delivery purposes.
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking and inventory management software tools.
