Valuation Officer

Job Summary:

As a Valuation Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate and professional property valuations.

Key Responsibilities:

➤ Conduct property inspections, measurements, and condition assessments.

➤ Research market trends and identify comparable properties.

➤ Apply suitable valuation methods to determine property values.

➤ Prepare accurate valuation reports with supporting documentation.

➤ Communicate valuation findings and address client queries.

➤ Ensure compliance with valuation standards and maintain records.

 Qualifications & Skills:

➤ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.

➤ 3 years of relevant real estate valuation experience.

➤ Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques.

➤ Good understanding of local real estate markets and trends.

➤ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

➤ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
