About The Role

As a Valet Coordinator (洗衣房聯絡員), you will be assisting with the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring a welcoming stay for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming guest calls regarding laundry inquiries and service requests.
• Collect and inspect guest laundry items, reporting any damage upon collection if there is any.
• Record laundry orders and item quantities accurately in the system.
• Sort laundry items by material and colour for proper processing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• 處理客人來電，解答有關洗衣服務的查詢及要求
• 收取客人衣物，並於收取時檢查及匯報任何損毀情況
• 準確輸入洗衣訂單，記錄衣物數量及服務要求
• 按衣物材質及顏色分類處理客人衣物
• 履行上司分配的工作
  
  

About You

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the Laundry Department in Hotels.
• Good knowledge of clothing labels and laundry procedures.
• Good computer and customer service skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• 具備最少一年酒店洗衣房經驗
• 具備衣物標籤及洗衣程序知識
• 良好使用電腦和客戶服務技巧
• 良好英文、廣東話及普通話
