Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead user research, create design deliverables, and support the development of accessible, user-centered digital solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. The role begins in the discovery phase and continues through design, testing, validation, and development handoff.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UX/UI design, user research, prototyping, and collaboration with developers and stakeholders.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Conduct user research and create supporting materials such as personas, journey maps, interview guides, and research findings.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Develop wireframes, prototypes, and application flows using standard UX/UI tools.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Test design concepts with users and stakeholders, then refine based on feedback and data.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transition from prototype to production.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Write or modify JavaScript as needed to support UI problem-solving.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Maintain documentation using tools such as SharePoint, Jira, or similar platforms.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Stay current on responsive design, mobile trends, and accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.0/2.1.

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">4+ years of experience conducting user research and producing related deliverables.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">4+ years of experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe XD.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design principles and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Experience creating intuitive prototypes for digital applications.
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0">Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and related design tools.
