Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, and user journeys from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience across platforms.
• Conduct user research and testing to validate design concepts and ensure user satisfaction.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and appearance.
• Shape and own the design process, creating a vision and strategy for product design.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, testing results, and analytics to refine designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools to bring modern usability concepts into projects.
• Ensure that final design systems adhere to brand standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Communicate design ideas and direction effectively through presentations and workshops.
• Work with developers to implement designs efficiently and address technical challenges.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve product and process efficiencies within the design team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or related role is required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative designs and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methods.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to persuade and guide.
