We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team and help us design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences. As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals. You’ll have the opportunity to design interfaces for a variety of projects and help shape the visual and interactive aspects of our products. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design and deliver wireframes, mockups, and prototypes optimized for various devices and interfaces.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards throughout the company.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to ensure product designs meet user needs.
• Stay abreast of UX trends, tools, and standards to constantly improve user experience outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to maintain visual consistency across all digital platforms.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in current designs and provide timely solutions.
• Analyze existing systems and pinpoint areas for continual interface improvement.
• Test for intuitiveness and experience with multiple design routines and methodologies.
• Apply data from customer interactions and marketing evaluations to create design directions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field preferred.
• Extensive experience with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.
• Strong UI design portfolio showcasing previous work with mockups and style guides.
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping of user interface designs.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with different teams and departments.
