Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors and needs.

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define project requirements.
• Design interfaces that align with overall brand and product strategy goals.
• Iterate on design concepts based on feedback from stakeholders and users.
• Ensure designs are accessible and comply with applicable standards and guidelines.
• Participate in design reviews and play an active role in design discussions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across all products.
• Facilitate workshops or brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design ideas.
• Provide design support throughout the project life cycle, from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design preferably within tech environments.
• Proficient with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills and user-centered solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and the constraints of web technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on crafting innovative design solutions.
