UX / UI Designer 10N25

As a UX / UI Designer, you are at the forefront of the creative process, responsible for delivering a seamless and impactful interface for our digital platforms. Your role plays a critical part in enhancing user interaction and satisfaction, ultimately driving user engagement. You will use your strong design skills to transform complex ideas into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs. Working closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams, you will turn user insights into design solutions that elevate business objectives. Your role requires not only creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics but also a deep understanding of user behaviors and how they interact with technology.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces that align with core business and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups for both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to assess and improve designs.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement and refine user-centric designs.
• Stay updated on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into effective UI solutions.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design language across all user interfaces.
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather and understand user requirements and feedback.
• Participate in iterative design and development cycles for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for usability and accessibility standards.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers and other team members.
• Keep abreast of competitor products, industry trends, and market expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user interfaces and strong visual design work.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing methods.
• Ability to effectively communicate design processes and technical concepts.
