We are recruiting an Usher for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a dynamic mobility solutions provider revolutionizing urban transport in Dubai through reliable ride-hailing, efficient delivery services, and eco-friendly micro-mobility options—enhancing connectivity and convenience for everyday commuters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting arriving and departing passengers
  
• Providing clear directions to check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage claim, security checkpoints, restrooms, restaurants, and transportation areas
  
• Responding to passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules, gate updates, boarding times, and airport facilities
  
• Escorting and supporting passengers with special needs to ensure a smooth travel experience
  
• Managing crowds and maintaining orderly queues for efficient passenger flow
  
  
  
  

• Graduate or High School Diploma / Certificate in Travel or Hospitality
  
• Prior experience as an Usher, Guest Attendant, or Passenger Service Agent will be an added advantage
  
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  
• Candidates on a spouse or father-sponsored visa are preferred
