About Us

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan—the global delivery giant—is on a mission to transform food and consumer product delivery worldwide. With our core belief: "We help people eat better, live better," were taking innovation to the global stage. Our story began in 2023 in Hong Kong, China, where we became an industry leader in under a year. Building on that momentum, we entered Saudi Arabia in 2024 and soon expanded to over 20 cities. In 2025, we accelerated further, launching in Qatar, Kuwait, and the UAE within a remarkable 40-day span. This was followed by our entry into Brazil, progressing from a pilot in Santos and São Vicente to an official launch in São Paulo, with more destinations ahead.

What Youll Do

• User Growth Support: Assist in planning and executing localized user growth campaigns, including new user conversion, engagement stimulation, and retention optimization, to support the operations team in achieving monthly user growth targets.2.Data Analysis and User Insights:Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing user behavior data to extract insights and provide optimization recommendations;Track the data performance of various operational activities, conduct post-mortem reviews, and suggest improvements.3.Market Research and Survey Support:Participate in the design and execution of local market research projects in the Middle East, including questionnaire drafting, street interviews, and desk research;Generate regular analytical reports on user demographics, preferences, and behavioral trends.4.Localized Content and Operational Support:Assist in drafting marketing content, push notifications, and social media materials;Help manage user communities and online interactions, collect user feedback, and compile it into requirement documents.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with product, technology, and customer service teams to drive user experience optimization and feature iterations.
  
  

• Educational Background:Undergraduate or above, preferably in Business Analytics, Marketing, Management, Statistics, Sociology, or related fields;Outstanding GPA, with priority given to those with scholarships, research projects, or competition experience.2.Skills Required:Solid foundation in data analysis, proficient in using various data and office software;Clear logic, user-oriented perspective, ability to learn quickly and provide insights;Fluent in English (working language is English), bilingual in English and Arabic is a plus.3.Personal Traits:Detail-oriented, results-driven, strong ability to work under pressure;Keen interest in the Middle Eastern market, emerging user groups, and internet products;Excellent cross-cultural communication and teamwork skills.
