About The Role

As a Uniform Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all colleague uniform‑related operations, ensuring timely resolution of uniform issues, and maintaining accurate inventory levels in accordance with the hotel’s established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily uniform room operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Ensure proper distribution, collection, and tracking of staff uniforms by separating the uniforms according to departments.
  • Monitor workflow to ensure timely availability of clean uniforms.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of uniforms and related supplies by conducting regular stock counts and audits.
  • Coordinate uniform ordering, replacements, alterations, uniform fittings and size adjustments.
  • Track damaged or lost items and implement control measures.
  • Coordinates with HR to ensure all new colleague uniform requirements are done on time.
  • Maintain standards for presentation and grooming in line with company policies by ensuring uniforms are clean, pressed, and in good condition.
  • Inspect uniforms for wear and tear and arrange repairs or replacements.
  • Maintain detailed records of uniform issuance, returns, and alterations.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, losses, and operational performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships (laundry, tailoring, suppliers).
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to employees.
  • Address and resolve uniform-related concerns promptly.

About You

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in housekeeping, laundry, or uniform room operations.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong Leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems (inventory software, MS Office).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
