UI UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys for Open Finance products including consent flows, account aggregation, payment initiation, and data sharing experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Design experiences for multi-stakeholder ecosystems (banks, fintechs, TPPs, corporates, developers). Open Finance & Regulatory Alignment
• Design compliant UX aligned with Open Finance / Open Banking standards, consent models, and data privacy requirements.
• Ensure UX aligns with local and international regulations (e.g.,UAE Open Finance frameworks, DIFC, GDPR-style consent principles).
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure transparent consent, data usage clarity, and trust-driven design.
  
  

• Work closely with product owners, engineering teams, API architects, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external partners and fintechs to ensure consistent experiences across integrated platforms.
• Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and usability testing sessions.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation to continuously improve experiences.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine journeys and improve adoption.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI librariesaligned with brand and platform standards.
• Ensure consistency across multiple Open Finance touchpoints and products.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in banking,fintech, or financial services.
• Hands-on experience designing Open Banking / Open Finance orAPI-driven platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows, data-heavdashboards, and consent-based journeys.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, orsimilar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles,interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience working with Open Finance APIs, developer portals, or partner ecosystems.
• Knowledge of payments, corporate banking, treasury, or financial data products.
• Familiarity with UAE / GCC financial regulations or global Open Banking standards.
