Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all digital platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design direction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
• Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing platforms.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and UX principles.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-level or SaaS products.
