UI/UX Designer 31J25

We are seeking a creative and talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our design department, you will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences. Your role will encompass both user interface design and user experience research, ensuring that our products not only look great but are also intuitive and function seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate user needs into compelling design solutions. To excel in this role, you should possess a keen eye for aesthetics, robust analytical skills, and the ability to balance usability with innovative design.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve the product design.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design interactions and user flows.
• Collaborate with product management and development teams to ensure the visual design matches the intended user experience.
• Present and defend design concepts and decisions to stakeholders in a clearly articulated manner.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions that improve user interaction.
• Keep abreast of competitors' products, industry trends, and advancements in UI/UX technologies.
• Test designs for intuitiveness and usability, and make adjustments where necessary based on user feedback.
• Develop UI style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries to ensure digital consistency.
• Work with marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms.
• Foster a user-centered design mentality within the team and advocate for the user in all stages of the product life cycle.
• Participate in general brainstorming sessions and contribute to team creativity and culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills to present design processes and ideas clearly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
