UI/UX Designer 22O25

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our innovative team. The candidate will play a pivotal role in creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, as well as user feedback. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure that designs are aligned with user needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of successful UI/UX design projects, showcasing their expertise in both user interface design and user experience design. The ability to rapidly prototype and test designs with users, iterate based on feedback, and communicate design concepts effectively is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to translate concepts into user flows and wireframes.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for devices.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve existing designs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and UI pattern libraries.
• Use design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create designs.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to the design perspective within the team.
• Create user interface specifications and design guidelines for developers to implement.
• Test design solutions with users and iterate on feedback to ensure effectiveness.
• Employ best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with multiple departments to improve design processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong design portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into design solutions.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in team collaboration.
