UI/UX Designer 22N25

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs across various digital platforms. This individual will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating them into effective design solutions, and enhancing the overall user experience. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals and user expectations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to think critically about user interactions and experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex applications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps as needed.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications with a focus on usability.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback for design improvements.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Work closely with brand designers to ensure consistent branding across platforms.
• Deliver high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholders and developers.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to enhance user experience.
• Test the new interface designs and layouts to ensure functionality.
• Adapt designs based on feedback from team members and users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Solid experience in creating storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability factors.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design ideas clearly.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
