UI/UX Designer (225-922)

Responsibilities

• Develop intuitive, user-friendly, and engaged user interfaces and digital products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for diverse devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to identify needs and solutions.
• Refine and improve the overall user experience based on performance metrics.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to incorporate best practices in UI/UX design.
• Facilitate design discussions and presentations for stakeholders and team members.
• Develop and maintain design documentation and standards for scalability.
• Ensure all visual elements are consistent with the brand identity and guidelines.
• Perform A/B testing and usability testing to iterate and enhance designs.
• Lead design projects from initial concept through final implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a compelling portfolio of digital projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Experience in conducting and analyzing user research and usability tests.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies for effective design-developer collaboration.
