UI/UX Designer (225-803)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance the overall user experience. Your main goal will be to design intuitive interfaces that make technology accessible and enjoyable for all users. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn ideas into innovative and engaging digital experiences. We are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of design principles and an appreciation for clean and innovative design. You will be instrumental in framing the visual identity and functionality of our digital products, ensuring they meet the needs and expectations of our users.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and engaging user interface designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for new and existing products.
• Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
• Implement user-centered design methodologies into the design process effectively.
• Facilitate design review sessions with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions that meet user needs.
• Ensure final graphical outputs are finished and polished for development implementation.
• Test and obtain feedback on design prototypes to refine the end product.
• Advocate for user experience within the company by communicating design decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in the industry.
• Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of current design trends and working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate actively with stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects.
