A UI/UX Designer is a key figure in the tech industry, responsible for creating compelling user experiences that facilitate seamless interactions between users and digital products. As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design web and mobile interfaces that enhance usability and deliver aesthetic value. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems and documentation for scalable implementation.
• Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the quality of the user experience.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to improve end-user satisfaction.
• Present design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders for review and approval.
• Conduct usability testing and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Ensure responsive design standards for optimal performance across various devices and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role within the industry.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing excellent visual design skills and problem-solving ability.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript and front-end framework knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality designs within tight timelines.
