UI Design Lead

UI Design Lead is responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces for digital products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and ensure a seamless user experience through intuitive and visually appealing UI designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of UI designers in creating innovative and user-centric designs for various digital products.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and project objectives.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs using design tools such as Sketch or Adobe XD.
• Ensure consistent application of UI design principles and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of UI designs.
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on user insights.
• Stay updated with emerging design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the UI design team.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, interaction design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts and ideas.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
