As a UAEN Senior Executive - Urban Planning, you will be responsible for...

• Supporting the preparation of re-master planning and development proposals, including research, technical studies, planning analysis, presentations and documentations for management review.
• Conducting benchmarking, site case analysis, land use, existing site conditions, infrastructure and future approved plans in coordination with relevant internal teams.
• Maintaining and updating development statistics, LUB tracker and planning databases including population assumptions, forecasts and other master plan data.
• Supporting community facilities provision analysis, including assessment of requirements, reviewing of proposed facilities and allocation against population and planning needs.
• Reviewing and process VAS applications, including land use change, Additional height, additional GFA, amalgamation and subdivision requests; coordinating with relevant stakeholders, preparing technical assessments and pre-approval forms for management review and approval.
• Preparation and updating of Development Control Regulations (DCRs) and related planning documents as required.
• Supporting in mater plan and dataset review submitted by the development team or consultants and ensure they are in line with the mater plan vision & development control regulations.

What you already have...

• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced Skills in Microsoft word, power point, Excel, AutoCAD, Sketchup
• 2 years of relevant experience in related field
• Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality of documentation
• Adherence to company policy and procedure for documentation, processing in releasing data.
