Overview Of The Role:

• The Retail Sales Representative is integral in generating sales and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves managing a variety of operational duties such as maintaining store standards, assisting Store Management in daily operations, and providing exceptional service. Success in this role is defined by meeting sales goals, delivering high-quality service, and upholding the stores reputation through professional conduct and support in merchandising.
  
  

What You Will Do:

Store Operations

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations including opening, closing, and security aspects.
• Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Train new staff on Point of Sale (POS) operations.
• Ensure compliance with in-store procedures regarding pricing and ticketing.
  
  

Customer Service

• Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner.
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offering gift cards and capturing customer information.
• Thank all customers for shopping and invite them back upon exit.
  
  

Sales & Merchandising

• Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.
• Participate in and attend all store meetings and related functions.
• Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise, brand, and company.
• Participate in all inventories and meet or exceed weekly sales goals.
  
  

Miscellaneous Responsibilities

• Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management.
• Be punctual and adhere to designated work schedule.
• Perform housekeeping duties as required.
• Be flexible and work well with peers and management to accomplish duties.
• Follow company Policies and Procedures 100%.
  
  

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong verbal communication skills.
• An eye for fashion trends.
• Friendly demeanor and customer-centered approach.
• Ability to work flexibly with peers and management.
  
  

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree required.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Proficient in verbal communication.
• Capability for some heavy lifting and ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
