Overview Of The Role:

• The Retail Sales Representative at Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery is primarily responsible for driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role demands a proactive approach to store operations and maintaining high visual and presentation standards. Success in this role is measured by meeting or exceeding sales goals and maintaining a sparkling clean and organized environment. The representative plays a key role in supporting the Store Manager, ensuring smooth operations during their absence, and training new staff on POS systems. The representative is also responsible for handling customer interactions professionally and ensuring compliance with pricing protocols to avoid losses.
  
  

What You Will Do:

General

• Generate sales and deliver positive customer experience.
• Maintain store standards of cleanliness and visual presentation.
• Provide a high level of customer service both internally and externally.
• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store.
• Cover for the Store Manager and ensure store management during absences.
• Greet customers promptly upon entering the store with a sincere and friendly attitude.
• Train new staff on Point of Sale (POS) operations and manage corrective actions at POS.
• Resolve customer issues that arise at the POS to ensure uninterrupted customer service.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and ticketing procedures to avoid losses from incorrect pricing.
• Provide quality service in fitting rooms and aim to increase sale add-ons.
• Offer efficient service at cash wrap, promote gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer data.
• Thank customers sincerely for shopping and invite them back.

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong understanding of retail operations and POS systems
  
  

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• High School Degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
