UAEN Only UX Designer Digital Squad - RBG

In order to create best-in-class experiences for our customers, we are looking for a talented UX Designer with experience delivering end-to-end UX products and services.

This role is based in Dubai and is for UAE Nationals only. You should be a passionate and curious design specialist who can deliver high-quality designs and prototypes, and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative and delivery-focused environment. You enjoy being hands-on throughout the design lifecycle, and thrive delivering designs that focus on delighting customers and improving their experiences. You can manage team and stakeholder relationships, and you are comfortable working within a distributed team environment. You will work closely with our other designers across our Tribes, to ensure a consistent UX and design experience across our digital product suite.

You will be guided by the business and UX priorities, and work with the UX team and product stakeholders to deliver to those priorities. Success for this role is defined by the quality of the customer experience, the consistency of deliverables, your ability to work successfully as a team, and the team’s contribution to the Business KPIs.
