Achieve the assigned objectives such
E2E Invoice processing and releasing the payments to vendors. This involves accurately raising the requisition and validating the invoices and obtaining any confirmation required from stakeholders.
Daily , Weekly and monthly performance reports (P&L and Transactions). This involves revenue report and transaction report summary and to be done in PPT format. This is to be ready without fail before the agile weekly meeting with the management.
Monthly Presentation preparation on ATM channel full review. (PPT format)
Monthly Work permits arrangement for all ATM sites for various vendors.
Locator update (Mashreq / MC / Visa / JCB) this is required as on a change is taking place.
Capitalization of completed projects.
Project spends monitor.
EBSU meetings tracker update and meeting hosting
