As a Personal Banking Advisor, you will be the face of MashreqBank, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve handling inbound calls, offering personalized financial solutions, and building strong relationships with our clients. With your expertise, you will ensure our customers receive the best possible service and advice.

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate and friendly assistance.
  • Offer personalized banking solutions, tailoring advice to meet individual client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay updated on banking products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive and timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer journey and an excellent overall experience.
  • Maintain a high level of customer data privacy and security, adhering to bank policies and regulations.
  • Provide cross-selling opportunities, promoting relevant banking products and services to customers.
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for this role.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer care or banking role is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and banking software for call handling.
  • A good understanding of banking products and services, including savings, loans, and investments.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
