Overview Of The Role:

• The Business Analyst is pivotal in supporting the Senior Business Analyst and wider team within the Automotive Division. This role involves preparing business cases, conducting market analyses, and aiding in dealership documentation. The incumbent will focus on structured analysis, precise data handling, and disciplined execution to facilitate informed business decisions, contributing significantly to project tracking and reporting activities.
  
  

What You Will Do:

Analytical & Research Support

• Support market research and data analysis covering target markets, competitors, and performance.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity in all analysis performed.
  
  

Presentation & Documentation Preparation

• Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and supporting materials for internal and principal meetings.
• Deliver high-quality output and adhere to required formats consistently.
  
  

Project Tracking & Reporting Support

• Maintain project documentation including timelines, milestones, risk logs, and status reports.
• Provide timely updates and ensure data accuracy within all reports.
  
  

Dealership Agreement & NDA Coordination

• Support the review and coordination process for dealership agreements and NDAs.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure timeliness and completeness of documentation.
  
  

AFE / IAN Drafting Support

• Assist in drafting AFEs, IANs, and related documentation per internal requirements.
• Focus on the quality of drafts and strive to reduce rework through accuracy and attention to detail.

• Effective storytelling capabilities for presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Proven skills in data accuracy and project documentation.
  
  

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Emiratizations Only.
• Graduate/Degree/Diploma in a field related to business analysis. A Masters degree is a plus.
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, engineering, or a related analytical role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
