Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial presence in the UAE market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires strong market knowledge, sales leadership, and the ability to execute plans that support business growth objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across the UAE market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic channels to expand market reach.
  • Build and manage a high-performing pipeline of leads, prospects, and key accounts.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Lead client meetings, sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, satisfaction, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
  • Prepare accurate weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Meet KPIs including revenue targets, conversion rates, account activation, and market penetration.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the UAE region and in a tech/digital/e-commerce/SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership, resilience, and drive.


Skills


  • Experience working in fast-paced, tech-driven environments.
  • Existing network of potential clients or partners within the UAE.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
