UAE National Stock Runner

Job Overview

Were looking for a reliable, energetic and detail-oriented UAE National to join our Operations team as a Stock Runner. In this role, youll help ensure products move efficiently between stockrooms, fulfilment areas, stores and other operational locations while maintaining accuracy, speed and high standards of service. Youll play an important part in supporting our luxury e-commerce operations and ensuring orders are processed smoothly for our customers.

As a Stock Runner at Ounass, youll work closely with warehouse, fulfilment, retail and customer experience teams. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in stock operations, inventory management and supply chain processes within one of the Middle Easts leading luxury e-commerce and technology businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, move and deliver products between stockrooms, fulfilment areas, retail locations and designated operational points.

• Support the accurate and timely picking, packing and dispatching of customer orders.

• Assist with receiving, checking, labelling and storing incoming stock.

• Ensure products are handled carefully and presented according to luxury retail standards.

• Verify product details, quantities, labels and order information before transferring stock.

• Support stock counts, cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate records.

• Report missing, damaged, incorrect or misplaced items to the relevant team member promptly.

• Maintain clean, organised and safe stockrooms and operational areas.

• Follow standard operating procedures for stock movement, security, health and safety and loss prevention.

• Assist with returns, exchanges, transfers and other stock-related activities as required.

• Use handheld devices, inventory systems and operational tools to update stock movements accurately.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across warehouse, fulfilment, retail, logistics and customer experience teams.

• Meet agreed productivity, accuracy and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Support additional operational tasks and projects as required by the team.

What Were Looking For

• UAE National (Emirati) with eligibility to work in the UAE.

• Previous experience in stock operations, warehousing, retail, logistics or a customer-facing environment is an advantage; however, training will be provided.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to check product and order information accurately.

• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently.

• Physically able to stand, walk and move products for extended periods, with the ability to lift and handle stock safely.

• Reliable, punctual and committed to following operational procedures.

• Positive, proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.

• Comfortable using basic technology, handheld devices and inventory systems.

• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Passion for luxury retail, fashion, e-commerce or delivering an excellent customer experience.
