We are looking for a Quality Check Admin Coordinator -UAE National to thrive within our Planning team. If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we’d love to hear from you!

The Quality Check Admin Coordinator will be responsible to support the planning, buying, logistics, and supply chain teams in ensuring product quality, compliance, and efficient operations. He/She will be responsible in maintaining communication with vendors, assisting with chargeback investigations, managing product returns, and identifying process improvements.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders
  • Communicating regularly with vendors regarding any outstanding issues
  • Assisting in tracking and investigating vendor chargebacks and communicating findings
  • Helping record and monitor vendor compliance issues and assisting in reconciling monthly vendor charges and damages
  • Supporting in managing the return process for damaged items
  • Assisting in creating seasonal damage reports for brands, categories, and SKUs
  • Working closely with the logistics team to ensure products are processed through quality control
  • Supporting in inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards and providing basic guidance on style and quality expectations
  • Understanding product fit and trends to assist in analyzing damaged items and proposing solutions
  • Helping coordinate product review meetings, assisting in approving products and identifying any issues
  • Communicating with the Logistics and Supply Chain teams to resolve product queries, including inbound, quality, and damage concerns

What We Look For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or similar field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience gained in the Fashion industry with E-commerce preferred and/or exposure to working with Buying, Planning, Logistics and Inbound warehouse functions
  • A self-starter who is process- and results-driven with a genuine interest in Merchandising and Warehouse operations
  • Confidence and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to respond to queries in a timely manner
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with vendors and quickly find effective solutions to issues
  • A strong team player with the ability to work independently while sharing and retrieving vital information with counterparts
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through to ensure all tasks are completed
  • Detail-oriented
