Overview Of The Role:

• The Guest Relations Officer is primarily responsible for ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all showroom visitors, facilitating a smooth transfer to the sales department. The role requires establishing customer requirements effectively and providing excellent customer service to enhance customer experience. Success in this role is measured by customer satisfaction surveys and effective query resolution, ensuring a seamless customer journey from arrival to sales engagement.

General

• Welcome all showroom visitors, log reasons for visit, and forward to relevant team members.
• Provide excellent and delightful customer experience as per company policy and procedures.
• Resolve customer queries promptly within company guidelines and escalate to higher levels if necessary.
• Attend to customer needs, understand their requirements, ensuring maximum enquiries are handled and responsibly forwarded.
• Log all visits including time, date, and visitor details.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personnel and procedures through initial induction and regular training.
• Deliver warm welcomes to all walk-in customers quickly and efficiently, coordinating with employees and customers.

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to engage with customers easily and build rapport.
• Proactive attitude with a hardworking and motivated approach.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Understanding of IT systems is beneficial.
