About the role:

The role holder undertakes various transporting duties such as delivering items to customers in a timely manner and ensuring that vehicles are always ready for use, among other duties.

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or units in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling delivery complaints from clients professionally.
• Pick up office purchases or other administrative needs, as and when required.
• Ensure that vehicles are clean and have sufficient gas, repaired when necessary and are always ready for use.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Abide all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
  
  

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid UAE Drivers License
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Licensed Driver
  
  

• Basic English language skills (written and spoken)
  
  

• Strong time management skills
• Customer service skills
