Job Purpose :

The Tumoo7 Graduate Program is specifically designed for bright minded and ambitious UAE National graduates. It’s a fast-paced and exciting program which will prepare you for a future management role with CBD. The program includes assignments, strategic presentations to our Executive Committee, exposure to leadership of the Bank and a combination of learning opportunities (on-the-job, rotations, digital, experiential and certifications).

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree or due to graduate in 2026

Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of work experience
