Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with minimal impact to business.
- Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth functioning of production systems
- Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised
- Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives
- Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/up-grades
- Support related to user access rights configuration and user management
- Participate actively in discussions with business, understand user requirements
- Contribute to UAT and the go-live process
- Ensure technical and functional hand over of the project and changes to the relevant teams
- Assist in developing business and operational processes and to participate in developing system
