Role Purpose:

Joining our Travel Retail team means becoming part of a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where innovation drives everything we do. You’ll provide analytical support and insights that drive strategic decision-making in the travel retail sector. This role involves support the travel retain team with market analysis, performance tracking, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse travel retail market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Conduct price comparisons between Duty-Free markets and Domestic markets across key global airports.
• Create and maintain sales dashboards to monitor performance and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Prepare and deliver reports that track business unit outcomes and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform market research to evaluate emerging trends and their potential impact on the travel retail sector.
• Assist in creating presentations for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Assist with partnering with external stakeholders, such as airports, suppliers, and travel retail customers, to gather insights and ensure operational excellence.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge or experience in the travel retail sector is an advantage.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation and growth.
• Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in business administration, Travel Retail, Tourism or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM or ERP databases and system improvements
• Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or a similar analytical role.
• Familiarity with the travel retail industry or related sectors is preferred.
