Your mission

This is a temporary freelance role for the duration of one month (September 2025). Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa that permits them to work.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Booker to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all travel arrangements for our team members, ensuring efficient bookings at the best value, while maintaining accurate records and reports.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flight tickets, accommodations, and other travel-related services for team members.
  • Ensure cost-effective and timely bookings, balancing quality, comfort, and budget considerations.
  • Maintain and update travel records, itineraries, and expense reports in an organized and accurate manner.
  • If needed, liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best options and resolve any booking issues.
  • Provide support for last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies during travel.

Your profile

  • Candidates must be based in the UAE and hold a valid UAE residence visa.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Previous experience in travel booking, travel coordination, or in administrative roles that involved managing travel.
  • Highly proactive, switched-on, and fast learner, with the ability to manage multiple bookings at once.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and handle urgent travel requests.
