Salary: $200,000 - $300,000 per year


A bit about us:

Mid-sized, well-respected Law Firm (60 Attorneys) seeking to add a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to their team. An Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience representing Banks in their lending work (ex: preparing loan documents, reviewing due diligence relating to a real property asset that will be collateral for the loan and closing loans secured by real property). Having experience with construction loans is a HUGE plus!

Job Details

Requirements:

• 3 + years of Transactional Real Estate estate experience
• Experience representing Banks in their lending work
• Licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey is a PLUS
• Experience with one of the following:
  

1) Experience with complex commercial loans secured by real property (construction loans, and term debt)
2)AND/OR Experience with Affordable Housing Transactions, which includes:
- Experience with deals financed directly with a 1) bank construction loan or 2) bank letter of credit (LOC) securing bonds issued by HDC or HFA bonds.
- Experience with IRC section 42 tax credit equity
