Transactional Marketing Intern

What will you do?

This role will support the Product Managers in day-to-day operational tasks, product launch preparation, data consolidation, and reporting workflows. The freelancer will help streamline processes, ensure accuracy of information, and support the team in executing marketing and product management activities across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for product management processes.
• Assist in product launch preparations, including reference creation, documentation follow-up, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Help monitor and streamline the sample tracking process, ensuring correct budget allocation to the right cost center (CC).
• Support the AMR (Annual Marketing Review) process by preparing checkpoints, consolidating inputs, and ensuring timely submission.
• Contribute to improving and updating the product pages on the website.
• Track and follow up on process improvement initiatives.
• Support the creation of a structured reporting system for key Product Marketing KPIs (dashboards, templates, follow-up trackers) and regularly report key business performance highlights.
• Prepare summaries, consolidate data, and assist in presentation preparation for internal reviews.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Marketing, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data handling.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Detail-oriented and highly structured.
• Proactive and solution-oriented.
