Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Deliver instructor-led training on the subject of the organization’s digital asset for providers for network healthcare providers across all regions where it is currently actively utilized and also within the organization across all Allianz Partner entities as well, facilitating training delivery either in-person or remotely.
Motivate, train, and support the network healthcare providers to use the organization’s digital asset for providers.
Collaborate and guide Instructional Designers in the production and maintenance of training materials such as user manuals, presentation slides, and video tutorials among others.
Schedule workshops with Global Ops Training colleagues to contribute to knowledge sharing at the team level.
Monitoring of providers on their usage of the organization’s provider digital asset to recognize discrepancy patterns in data to offer feedback and engage in the solution of such issues which is crucial in preparing annual training and re-training plans/targets.
Collaborate with training unit colleagues and functional subject matter experts to develop tailored learning materials for the healthcare providers on the subject of the organization’s digital asset for providers.
Keep up to date with any technical system changes, regulatory/compliance matters, and other product updates of the organization’s digital asset for providers.
Act as a subject matter expert for provider onboarding to the providers’ digital asset, collaborating with the business marketing and project management teams and Instructional Designers to create tailored learning programs.
Communicate changes effectively to relevant functions/stakeholders.
Lead the implementation of new provider onboarding and e-learning solutions for global operations on the subject of the organization’s digital asset for providers, acting as a subject matter expert as required.
Collaborate with the relevant provider onboarding teams, including the local provider management teams on every business unit globally, the PMO, and the business marketing team to support the coordination and scheduling of provider training at a global level.
Conduct in-depth research on relevant topics or areas within global operations to gather information, analyze data, and formulate insights that contribute to operational objectives on provider onboarding and training on the subject of the organization’s digital asset for providers
Support new Global Operations Training Unit members during onboarding, providing training and coaching to new joiners.
Align operational training across the operations functions to drive consistency in approach.
People leader for Training Specialists within the OTU, managing day-to-day performance and development of staff.

Data Analysis: Aptitude for monitoring and analyzing data usage of digital assets to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
Information Technology: Understanding of digital systems and ability to stay updated with technical and regulatory changes.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey changes and collaborate with stakeholders.

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of training specialists, ensuring their professional development and performance.
Collaboration: Skill in working with cross-functional teams, including project management, marketing, and provider management teams.
Problem Solving: Capability to identify issues and develop creative and effective solutions.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and changing requirements.
Expected Profile:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, ideally in the healthcare or digital services sector.
Education: University degree in education, project management, information technology, or a related field.
Languages: Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
International Culture: Experience working in an international environment and ability to understand cultural
